Many people nowadays suffer from various types of diseases because of unhealthy lifestyle. In order to have a healthy body, we have to supply it with foods that are rich in nutrients .We need to avoid vices that might contribute to a disease, particularly heart disease. A well balanced diet of food containing all the nutrients will be preferable. There are seven major classes of nutrients: carbohydrates, fats, fiber, minerals protein, vitamin, and water. Poor health might be caused by the deficiency or excess of the required nutrients. People who are underweight are at high risk of contacting any physical and mental diseases. While, excessive consumption of calories coupled with the lack of physical activity will lead to obesity. Instead of eating a balanced diet, obese people consume too much calorie.

Healthy people have stronger immune system, thus lesser risk to any diseases, making them more productive. Obtaining a healthy body takes a lot of effort and determination. We need to discipline ourselves, for us to have a healthy lifestyle. Being healthy doesn’t require much money. You can always be healthy by doing any form of physical activity as an alternative of a fitness program.. Instead of buying meat and expensive sweet foods buy vegetables, it is healthier and cheaper. A better lifestyle habit can help us reduce the risk of heart attack, diabetes and other diseases. A healthy lifestyle starts with a healthy eating habit, which begins by choosing the right type of food and preparing them the right way. Various types of exercise and daily activities can also be helpful for us. With a healthy lifestyle, we can assure that we will face tomorrow with confidence.
