Many of us are struggling of losing belly fats. Lots of stuffs been tried and tested to lose them but only few were proven. Maybe sit-ups and crunches will do but will take a decade or two just to get rid of those stubborn fats! Not to mention that they do not spare you from forming cellulites.

Of course anyone would like to have a lean perfect body that whenever he/she tucked their shirt nothing will hung over their belts. It feels good to be able to wear clothes you desire and comfy fit to you.
There are so much of those advertisements that teach you how to lose your fats or lecture you about what you should and shouldn’t eat. There are also work-out videos rampantly sold that promise to deliver six-packs abs and slender figures. But these are not a “one-size-fits-all” remedy and some find no satisfaction in pursuing them. This led science to create machines to effectively shed those bulging belly fats. But still, for some people, this hasn’t really worked perfectly. Even direct abs exercises has only caused bodies fatigue, to the point “over-training”. Not only that, sit-ups also create muscles underneath your belly fats, making them more difficult to shed.
The truth about getting a slim, awesome, and head-turning figure is to live a real healthy lifestyle, work-outs, and focus on a living a fit life by following these three simple rules:

1. Avoid eating soy milk and whole grain wheat because these will increase belly fats.

2. Don’t be fooled by those worthless abdominal blaster machines. Ignore them. It would be just a waste of money.

Like a large number of individuals my age, I am also a fitness buff - doing five kilometer runs at least three times a week and swimming on weekends. Cardio exercises are on top of my daily routines. When I have time and money, I also play tennis and badminton. As of this time, I am saving up for a lightweight bike I can use for training rides, mountain trailing and just plain reconnoitering.

These activities have been a part of me for many years. But if you think that I have that athletic physique by now, that’s when things start to show less of me. My body does not reflect my active lifestyle well. That’s because my metabolism happens to be rather slow. Five kilometer runs and two hour non-stop badminton games do not always make me sweat out. Too often, I would just end up panting and feeling sticky but not as drenched as the others.

Through all these activities, supplements such as essential oils help me stay fit. Food supplements make up for nutrients that are denatured over time through improper food handling, care and cooking. Essential oils help aid in loss fat loss and eventually improve our skin, hair and nails. It hydrates the skin and keeps it smooth with fewer wrinkles. Getting rid of stress is basically the best thing that one would like to consider. Some would have it the easy way like taking medicines while others consider the traditional spa and massage. Leadership often requires a lot of responsibility and that is why they are prone to stress. You may not be able to get rid of it completely but at least learn how to control it.

Here are some ways on how you can reduce stress.

1.    Always include a daily physical activity in your regimen. A short distance walk before taking off to work might help. Endorphins produced during exercise can help reduce stress.
2.    Instead of stress, try getting rid of the negative thoughts that has been bothering you. As much as possible, try entertaining the positive ones.
3.    Delegate tasks as much as possible. There are jobs that are meant for you and there are those that can be delegated. Make it a habit to ask for assistance from time to time if necessary. Support group is a must where you can vent out your concerns.
4.    Take mini vacations. Staying at home with the family or visiting relatives that are living nearby will do. Try to do what is more relaxing and rejuvenating.

These are suggestions that might help you deal with stress at work or at home. The best thing is always working on with the root cause of stress. Once identified, stress management can be quite easy.

What is social anxiety? According to various resources, social anxiety or social phobia is referring to excessive social anxiety causing a person to experience significant distress, which later lead on to an impaired ability to function even under normal circumstances. Symptoms include being overly self-conscious; setting high standards for one self and despairing when they are not met; and paying great attention to one’s actions after an activity. In the behavioral aspect, people with great social anxiety tend to fear situations in which they are exposed to possible scrutiny. Physical symptoms may comprise blushing, stomach ache, a fast heartbeat and gagging while in public. Research say that the cause of this disorder encompasses multiple perspectives on neuroscience and sociology. Basically, scientists have yet to pinpoint the exact cause of social anxiety or social phobia. But studies suggest that genetics can be a major contributor, in combination with environmental factors. Studies have rendered evidence of the efficacy of two forms of treatment fro social anxiety. One is a certain medication and the other is a specific form of short term psychotherapy called Cognitive behavioral therapy or CBT. If you are suffering from social anxiety, here are some tips that could help make you comfortable when subjected to a social gathering.
