There is no such thing as the fastest way to build muscle. Most said on the web or in the news are all lies and cruel promise to lure people from buying their stuff or enrolling in their health club. But muscles should not be hurried, or else it would result to no good. Muscles needed to be fed, train hard and rest. The same us you eating, exercising then relax.
