What is social anxiety? According to various resources, social anxiety or social phobia is referring to excessive social anxiety causing a person to experience significant distress, which later lead on to an impaired ability to function even under normal circumstances. Symptoms include being overly self-conscious; setting high standards for one self and despairing when they are not met; and paying great attention to one’s actions after an activity. In the behavioral aspect, people with great social anxiety tend to fear situations in which they are exposed to possible scrutiny. Physical symptoms may comprise blushing, stomach ache, a fast heartbeat and gagging while in public. Research say that the cause of this disorder encompasses multiple perspectives on neuroscience and sociology. Basically, scientists have yet to pinpoint the exact cause of social anxiety or social phobia. But studies suggest that genetics can be a major contributor, in combination with environmental factors. Studies have rendered evidence of the efficacy of two forms of treatment fro social anxiety. One is a certain medication and the other is a specific form of short term psychotherapy called Cognitive behavioral therapy or CBT. If you are suffering from social anxiety, here are some tips that could help make you comfortable when subjected to a social gathering.

Our outward appearance creates various impressions on other people. The way you stand, walk, and sit communicates something about your personality. And so, posture gives people an idea of who you really are inside. Slouching shoulders project low self esteem and unhappiness while a good and upright posture gives off confidence and well-being.

Posture is often taken for granted by people these days. With the tremendous amount of time we spend on sitting alone, slouching is one inevitable thing. We all know that our body was not just designed for sitting. It was perfectly created in order for a normal human being to run, jump, and move freely. All of the excessive sitting can lead to shortened postural muscles thus creating a poor posture.

A good posture plays a vital role in maintaining a healthy life. You can avoid neck and back pains as well as shoulder problems. It allows your muscles to breath and stay toned while your overall health and appearance improves. Poor posture on the other hand creates various malfunctions in your abdominal organs. It inhibits oxygen intake thus affecting your breathing and causes headaches. It is then clear and obvious that you can benefit much from training yourself in having good posture wherever you are.

There is no such thing as the fastest way to build muscle. Most said on the web or in the news are all lies and cruel promise to lure people from buying their stuff or enrolling in their health club. But muscles should not be hurried, or else it would result to no good. Muscles needed to be fed, train hard and rest. The same us you eating, exercising then relax. You may not notice it at first but you’re muscles are growing, slowly growing. The workout routines matters really but it doesn’t have to be done scientifically. First is to train yourself for at least 3-4 days a week if you are really serious in achieving your goal. Hit each muscle group for not less than twice a week. Have a consistent pace and unhurried sets of exercises. It is important to maintain this order of training. And keep your training simple and basic.
